The Premiere 2.0 refrigerated cabinet from Hiber is designed to ensure maximum hygiene and cleanliness thanks to its innovative AISI 304 stainless steel moulded inner sides, which eliminate supports and guides, reducing dirt accumulation and facilitating cleaning. Rounded corners improve sanitisation, ensuring a perfectly hygienic environment, while the Round Air System allows for uniform cold distribution, avoiding obstructions even when fully loaded. Gastronorm trays, compatible with moulded sides, optimise storage and simplify organisation, making it more logical and rational. An air curtain protects the products from temperature changes when the door is opened, blocking the entry of hot air and preserving the quality and freshness of the food. Thanks to trays of 3 different heights, it is possible to store food of various sizes and types, even vacuum-packed, in full compliance with health and hygiene regulations. The new digital display offers fast and intuitive interaction, simplifying temperature control. The combination of these technologies makes Premiere 2.0 the ideal solution for professional catering.
