SIGEP 2025: innovation, sustainability and performance
From 18 to 22 January 2025, Rimini hosted SIGEP, the world’s leading event world’s leading event for the Foodservice sector. Once again this year, Hiber took part the trade fair with an extensive display of its professional refrigeration solutions refrigeration solutions, welcoming visitors, partners and customers interested in discovering the best of our range of blast chillers, cabinets, refrigerated tables and chillers.
Our stand was a reference point for all those who wished to learn more about the use of Hiber technologies in the confectionery, bakery and gelato. Each day, we organised live demonstrations with our pastry chefs, who showed how our machinery can improve production efficiency and guarantee excellent results excellent results in the laboratory.

One of the highlights of the fair for us was the presentation of the innovations 2025. All our new equipment uses the refrigeran gas R290, a choice that combines high performance and a lower environmental impact.
